Refund Policy

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

• If the booking is cancelled before 20 Days 50% of the amount will be refunded.

• If the booking is cancelled before 15 Days 25% of the amount will be refunded.

• If the booking is cancelled before 07 or less days prior to travel date will be no refunded.

• No Show will be no refunded.

• If the booking is cancelled after commencement of tour will be no refunded.

• In case the Char Dham Yatra is delayed due to bad weather or any other unforeseen reasons, The Journey will be conducted on the next available date or the unutilized part of the journey (Rs.20,000/- Dham for each customer) will be refunded.

• However, passengers will be provided a Credit Voucher by Sona Aviatons against the advance paid, which will be valid for one year. It can be utilised against any of our helicopter tours or charter services (for the full amount of the credit voucher), by the passengers or any of their friends/relatives.
